Commander's name is set by the player, so he'll just be referred to as The Commander on this Wiki.
The Commander was once a friend of Jung E-Han, brother to Pilot Jung E-young. Due to his status as basically the only individual in the world who can cure people brainwashed by the Empire's Obedience drug, The Commander is in a fairly untouchable position and can get away with some things regular army members probably wouldn't be able to get away with, such as...basically 50% of what he says to the members of GoddessKiss. Emily Windsor in particular is quite vehement in her labeling of Commander as a pervert, a fact which he constantly denies. This accusation, however, is honestly pretty true if you look at the fact that the game has tap quotes for touching most of the Pilots' faces, breasts, or hips, most of which imply that The Commander was in fact touching them in the specified area.
It's implied that The Commander has his own combat unit due to his involvement in several Scenarios with many Pilots, but this unit has never been seen within the game.
